In Linkinus you can easily browse through the network list, setup new networks or modify existing ones after you created a connection. Network List

Creating New Networks

New Network Here you have to enter a network name, select an authentification service and then add the server information.
Following authentification services are supported by Linkinus:

  • NickServ (using /msg NickServ identify <password>)
  • NickOp
  • SrvAuth
  • AuthServ
  • G
  • X
  • Q
  • /NickServ (this is the same as NickServ just using /NickServ identify <password> instead)

In the server list you have to write the address of the server, the port you want to connect over and the password if required. You can also toggle the SSL connection box if the server supports SSL and you want to connect to the server using it.

Modifying Existing Networks

Network Details After creating a connection you can modify any network using the inspector to access network details. Above you can see the default QuakeNet network information. Changing data works just like when adding a new network to the list.
